Who we are

Aimlitics LLC runs this site, the Ardlow product site and its open demo. Questions about this policy go to hello@aimlitics.com.

What we collect when you visit

When a page loads, or you click one of our labeled links, we record the event, the page, a random session ID that lives in your browser’s session storage and is gone when you close the tab, the site that referred you (its domain only), and an approximate location (country, region and city) that our hosting provider derives from your IP address. We don’t store your IP address, we don’t tie your visits together across days, and we don’t fingerprint your browser.

If you arrived from a link we sent you, it may carry a short tag (the p parameter) that we record with your visit, so we know the link was used.

Our hosting provider’s web analytics also counts page views in aggregate, without cookies.

We also use PostHog, without cookies, to see which pages and links lead people to the demo and to ask for a walkthrough. It records the pages you open, the links and buttons you click, the site that referred you and, if one of our links brought you here, its tag. It tells a day’s visits apart with a hash that changes every day, and the IP address is removed before anything is stored. It records nothing you type, no clicks inside the walkthrough form, and no recording of your screen. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, PostHog isn’t started at all.

We count visits from search engine and AI crawlers (the crawler’s name, the page and the date). That record holds nothing about people.

If you ask for a walkthrough

We store the name, work email, company and note you enter and the choices you make in the form (your role, the data you have, your field team). With them we keep the demo pages you opened in that browser tab and the questions you asked the demo’s assistant in the last day, so the walkthrough can start where you left off. We email all of it to ourselves so we can reply, and use it only to arrange and follow up on the walkthrough.

Cookies and browser storage

The demo sets a cookie that remembers which person you are viewing it as, and one that keeps your saved views and assistant conversations apart from other visitors’ for seven days. It uses session storage to remember which introduction cards you have closed. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Demo data

The open demo runs on synthetic data. Its people, prescribers, patients and accounts are fictional.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the sites and provides the aggregate analytics. Supabase hosts our database. Resend delivers our email. PostHog provides the visit analytics above. We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Customer data

Data that customers load into Ardlow is handled under their agreement with us, not under this policy.
